The work will be heavily over email (about 60% of workload) with some video and live interviewing (40% of workload). Specifically, your work will involve responding to applicants via email, carrying out screening steps, collecting and verifying key documents, scheduling interviews for yourself and sometimes for others, contacting and liaising with references, and advancing candidates who meet our criteria to a final offer of employment.
